We're pleased to offer free shipping on all Glamille shoe orders - no minimum order value required.
Delivery in Canada and the United States
We ship anywhere in Canada and the United States*. International shipments are not yet available.
*Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Northern Marianas and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Returns and refunds (30 days)
If your new Glamille shoes don't fit, you have the following options 30 days from the invoice date to return them.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.
- A prepaid return label is included in your package: simply affix it to the original shipping label.
- Then drop off your package at the nearest drop-off point; check the carrier indicated (UPS, Canada Post or Purolator) and locate a counter using their online tools.
- In the event of a return, the refund will be made to the card used for payment, within 24 to 48 hours hours from Monday to Friday following receipt of the parcel.
